What we do
One engineer, from the cabling to the website.
Most businesses juggle a cabler, a camera tech, an IT person and a web developer. Outlaw Systems is all of them—the physical security, the network and servers behind it, and the website out front—so it's designed as one thing, with one number to call when it matters.
Access control & surveillance
Card and fob readers, keypads and mobile credentials; electronic strikes, maglocks and request-to-exit; door controllers, gates and vehicle barriers. IP video (AXIS / ONVIF), NVR and VMS, and C•CURE 9000 programming and troubleshooting.
Doors, gates & controller wiring
Camera design, mounting & tuning
System programming & user management
Structured cabling & low-voltage
Cat6 / Cat6A runs, patch panels, racks and clean dressouts; fiber-optic fusion splicing, termination and testing; TV, AV and Wi-Fi drops. Certified, labeled and documented—plus clean-up of the wiring the last installer left behind.
Copper & fiber install + certification
Rack build, labeling & documentation
Remediation of existing cabling
Network, firewalls & servers
Cisco routing and switching, next-gen firewalls and VPN, Wi-Fi design, VLANs and segmentation; Windows and VMware servers, backup and disaster recovery; and security hardening to DISA/STIG standards. On-site help or an honest second opinion.

Why Outlaw Systems
You get the senior engineer on site—not a dispatched trainee.
Outlaw Systems is a one-person, high-skill shop by design. Christopher W. Outlaw spent 25+ years engineering and integrating security and network systems—in enterprise data centers and in some of the most demanding environments on earth. That same rigor goes into a card reader on a McMinnville storefront.
Before Tennessee, he integrated Technical Security Systems for U.S. Dept. of State Diplomatic Security (access control, door hardware, IP video, fiber), led network engineering for the Missile Defense Agency, and built mission-critical networks for the DoD. He is a U.S. Air Force veteran, and Outlaw Systems is a veteran-owned business.

Frequently asked
What areas does Outlaw Systems serve?
McMinnville and Warren County first, and greater Middle Tennessee—including Murfreesboro, Cookeville, Tullahoma, Manchester, Woodbury and Smithville. Larger projects farther out are welcome; travel is quoted up front.
Do you handle both the cabling and the access control and cameras?
Yes. Outlaw Systems is a single-source integrator—the structured cabling and fiber, the access control and door hardware, the IP cameras, and the network that ties them together are all handled by the same engineer, so nothing falls between trades.
Can you take over or fix another installer's work?
Yes. Remediation and clean-up of existing low-voltage, cabling, camera and access-control systems is a core service—including troubleshooting, re-termination, documentation and bringing a system back to a maintainable state.
Do you work with homeowners or only businesses?
Both. Outlaw Systems serves small businesses, facilities and municipalities, and also takes on serious residential jobs—whole-home networking, cameras, and access control done to a commercial standard.
What certifications does Outlaw Systems hold?
Owner Christopher W. Outlaw is a Certified C•CURE 9000 Security Systems Integrator, Cisco CCNP Security, CCNP Routing & Switching (expired) and CCNA 200-301, CompTIA Security+, VMware VCP (×2), DoD 8570 IAT III and ISC2 CISM, with 25+ years of enterprise systems experience. Licensing and insurance requirements are confirmed per project—just ask.
